1-Account creation
- You can use any username that is still available, as long as it does not violate our Terms of Service. However, we recommend using the username that you also use on your social media platforms. This way, no one can impersonate you.
- Use a secure password. We accept no liability if someone logs into your account.
- If the username you use on your social media pages is no longer available and you have not yet created an account, please contact us.
2-Profile creation
- Enter the username you use on your social media platforms. If you use different usernames, enter the one for the platform you would like to be contacted on.
- The description may contain a maximum of 55 words. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed correctly.
- Please indicate your canton of residence. This will be used to filter profiles by canton. The idea behind this is to ensure that photographers and car owners from the same or neighboring cantons complete a shoot together in order to reduce the amount of effort involved.
- You can edit your profile at any time. To do so, follow the link that can be found on your account page. We will then review and approve your profile again.
3-Event submission
- All submitted events must take place in Switzerland or in neighboring countries.
- Events cannot be submitted twice. Please check that the event you wish to submit has not already been submitted.
- Only events for which a fixed date is stated on their website may be submitted. No events may be submitted that have already taken place between today and the date of the event.
- Care should be taken when filling out the form.
- Care should be taken to ensure correct spelling, functioning links, and high-quality images.
- All fields must be filled in accurately.
- The description may contain a maximum of 55 words. Otherwise, it cannot be displayed correctly.
- After submission, the form will first be reviewed by us. Once it has been successfully reviewed, it will be approved.
- The submitted form for an event can no longer be edited. We will have to correct any serious errors manually. If you submit incomplete forms too often, we will deactivate the submission function for you.
4-Liveupload Submission
- All live uploads submitted must be for events, cantons, or other locations in Switzerland or neighboring countries.
- Live uploads cannot be submitted twice. Please check that the live upload you want to submit has not already been submitted.
- Care should be taken when filling out the form.

5-YouTube Video submission
- Only your own YouTube videos may be submitted. You may not submit videos from other people, even if you use their username.
- Only long-form videos may be submitted. Shorts are not permitted.
- All YouTube videos submitted must be public. If you set a video you have submitted to private, you must send us a message via the contact page as soon as possible so that we can remove the video from the website.
- Submitted videos cannot be deleted by the user. If you would like one of your videos to be removed from the website, please contact us.
- When submitting the video, care should be taken.
- All fields must be filled in exactly as specified.
- After submission, the video will first be reviewed by us. Once it has been successfully reviewed, it will be released.
- The title entered in the submission form is not the one that appears on the website. The title that appears is always the current title of the video on YouTube.
