The website carspotting.ch is intended to serve as an information hub for people interested in cars. It was built as a hobby project by faebe.carspotting. The website is not for profit and is not part of a company.
Shop:
All shop contents are platform-internal digital goods that are sold to cover hosting and other costs for the website. These goods are account-bound and non-transferable. The user is responsible for all purchases. We accept no liability.
Copyright:
When creating your profile, you will be asked to upload images. These images will be publicly visible. We recommend that you watermark your images. By creating your profile, you agree that we may store your images in our database and display them on our website. The images remain your property and you may change or remove your profile and images at any time. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
When submitting events and live uploads, you will be asked to upload an image/logo for the event or live upload. The respective user is responsible for this image. We accept no liability if users use copyright-protected images.
Functionality:
There is no guarantee that the website will run smoothly and be fully functional. We accept no liability for any financial or other damage that may arise from the use of the website. As this is a hobby project and no one on the team has professional experience in this sector, we cannot guarantee anything except that we will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. We ask for your understanding.
User behavior:
The website should be accessible and safe for everyone. We therefore do not allow any adult content, whether images, descriptions, or usernames. If we do find such content, the account in question will be deleted and the email address blocked. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
